1. DELIVERY OF MATERIALS

By enrolling in an Online learning course or purchasing any of our Services provided by AADHYAN, you hereby agree to these payment terms. If a Student subscribed for any course or any Item (Study Material, Question Bank, Tablet or any other physical item) cannot be Cancelled or returned back after dispatch. If it is found that the item was Damaged during transport or by Courier end; Then we will replace it within 15 Days or raise an refund with in 3 working Days. Aadhyan has the right to decide whether it will be replace or raise an Refund. Copying and distributing of aadhyan's content or material on any other platform without aadhyan's consent is illegal and punishable by law.

2. PREVIEW PERIOD & FREE TRIAL

All courses have some free demo which can be watched without payment. Although the Contents list for the entire course is visible before you make a payment. This will help a student to get a clear idea about the study plan, before they purchase the course.

3. COURSE VALIDITY

On making a payment, the student will get the access to all the available Video Lectures, Study Material & Question Bank for a defined period of time (which is marked as the validity of the course). Once the course validity date is over, no one will be able to access the course.

4. PRICING

Pricing of our courses and test series is under the sole discretion of Aadhyan and is subject to change over time. The decision of Aadhyan on changing the pricing shall be final and it has no impact on any commitment on the past sales of the same product.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All purchases made on Aadhyan are final and you could not cancel your order once you have made the Payment. Aadhyan reserves the sole right to cancel any order if there are any issues found
(i) If we are unable to deliver the Material to the Students addres, then we will cancel the order & the applicable refund will be made within 3 Working days.
(ii) We may refund the full amount if there are found any technical issues from our end and it sustains for more than 30 days.
For any refund requests please email to info@aadhyan.net. Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode within three working days of finalisation of claims. The actual time it takes to reflect the money in your account might vary at your bank's end.
